Taylor Frankie Paul declined her two exesâ separate proposals that would only grant her 40 percent of child custody, Page Six has learned.
A source close to the âSecret Lives of Mormon Wivesâ star says that both fathers, Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul, recently offered her separate custody agreements that would have given each of them 60 percent custody while she retained 40 percent.
According to the source, Taylor declined both proposals immediately and remains committed to pursuing what she believes is in the best interests of her children.

The source says Taylorâs response was: âSo now Iâm suddenly capable of parenting 40% of the time? Couldnât be more obvious what this is really aboutâand it isnât the safety or well-being of our children.â
The source added that the reality star, 32, is prepared to continue fighting for her children for as long as it takes. They also claim she is witnessing the fathers coordinating their legal efforts against her and that she looks forward to addressing those claims through the court and âcanât wait to witness them lose.â
âShe is continuing to get things together,â the insider added. âItâs unclear whatâs going to happen yet with her season of âThe Bachelorette,â but she has been receiving a lot of support online from other women.â

An insider previously told TMZ that Taylor blamed Tateâs filing on Mortensen, saying it was âa direct resultâ of her ex-boyfriend âtelling Tate lies about her.â
âShe feels Dakota will do anything to hurt her ⊠including using the children, but she is a survivor,â the source claimed.
Shortly after the filing, it was reported that Tateâs request was denied.
Taylor has been embroiled in a tense custody battle with Mortensen for several months after video leaked of a 2023 domestic dispute taking place between the estranged pair, who began their on-again, off-again relationship in 2022.
