Sansa Stark and Jon Snow are back together — kind of.

** can debut your first look at *The Dreadful*, a period horror movie reuniting Sophie Turner and Kit Harington for the first time since the conclusion of *Game of Thrones* in 2019.

The film centers on Anne (Turner), a woman living on the fringes of medieval English society with her mother-in-law, Morwen (Marcia Gay Harden). Everything changes when a man from the protagonist's past (Harington) comes back from war, and a curse arrives in the form of a knight.

"Working with this cast was a joy from start to finish, and of course, to see Kit and Sophie back together onscreen was a special thrill," the film's writer-director, Natasha Kermani, tells EW. "Their friendship and chemistry is impossible to miss and one of my favorite aspects of the film."

Two of our first-look photos show Harington and Turner seated in a wooded setting, while the third features the *GoT* costars sitting together on a beach. There seems to be an emotional disconnect between their characters, as Anne appears somewhat distraught, while H arington's character looks much more at ease.

*The Dreadful* is written and directed by Natasha Kermani, the Iranian-American filmmaker behind the horror films *Abraham's Boys* and *Lucky*. She also contributed a segment to 2023's *V/H/S/85*.

The film is set against the backdrop of the Wars of the Roses, the tumultuous period in the 15th century wherein two rival houses battled for control of the English monarchy. If that sounds vaguely familiar (even if you don't remember history class), it might be because that same conflict also served as an inspiration for *Game of Thrones*.

We don't know much about *The Dreadful* at this point, though both of its stars, who played siblings on *GoT,* have told horror stories about having to kiss during production.

"We get on set, and it's the first kissing scene, and we are both retching," Turner said during an interview with Seth Meyers on *Late Night*. "Like, really, it is vile. It was the worst. Another really bad moment in my career."

"[I had] to get on an apple box to kiss her because she's about a foot taller than me," Harington told E! News, emphasizing that the rest of the experience reuniting with Turner was positive. "What was lovely is that we got on set together and our friendship completely ignited again. It felt like being with family. It really did."

*The Dreadful* hits theaters, on demand, and digital platforms on Feb. 20.
