Kylie Kelce is opening up about why she chooses not to drink alcohol.
On the Thursday, April 2 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, the host and mom of four, 34, opened up about why she rarely drinks alcohol.
"I have control issues," she joked to the episode's guest, comedian Caleb Hearon. "I don't ever want to be out of control. I don't really drink alcohol very much."
"I can control not having to feel that way. I've never smoked anything in my whole life," she told Hearon.
Hearon responded by telling Kyle that he was "so grateful" that he waited until he was older than 26 to start smoking marijuana and getting tattoos.
"This is this is what I'm trying to tell the kids in my life," he explained, as Kylie agreed, advocating for people to wait until they have a "fully-formed frontal lobe."
Kylie has previously been candid about her — and her NFL alum husband Jason Kelce's — experiences with drinking over the years.
The two have often recounted the story of their first date. The couple — parents to daughters Wyatt, 6; Elliotte, 4; Bennett, 2; and Finnley "Finn," 12 months — revealed in the 2023 Prime Video documentary Kelce that they met through the dating app Tinder. Their first date ended with Jason falling asleep at the bar and needing to be carried home by a teammate.
"He fell asleep at the bar, like just, out, like asleep, asleep," Kylie said in the documentary.

Jason told PEOPLE in November 2025 that he'd advise others to "not do what I did" as he reflects on that less-than-perfect meeting.

"My advice would be to not do what I did. I think I got very lucky to get a second date with my wife," the former Philadelphia Eagles star continued. "But listen, everything happens for a reason despite the level that it got to."
Jason said he "still" remembers "a lot of the moments vividly," including "seeing her" for the first time — which he previously called a "love at first sight" moment — but admitted, "I don't remember a lot from that night."
Jason says falling asleep at the bar on his first date with Kylie was "probably not one of my finer moments," but the dad is grateful "she was willing to make it through that," he told PEOPLE, adding, "Lucky for me."
Elsewhere on Thursday's Not Gonna Lie episode, the podcaster spoke about her recent trip to Hawaii with their daughters, saying she had to "bring in the troops" — her family members — to help with the chaos of traveling with so many kids.

"I truly believe that vacationing with children anywhere you go is just parenting with a different zip code," she shared.
"One of the things that I feel really fortunate about is that when you are vacationing a.k.a. parenting in a different zip code, especially when you're going to a place with multiple bodies of water, you got to bring in the troops," Kylie explained. "And by that, I mean, we took family. We took family with us."
"And the girls love it," she said. "They love getting the people they love most with us. And it's fun, and we love that. So my biggest tip for vacationing, if you can, is hands."
