Speaking exclusively with PEOPLE, the influencer shares what she's manifesting for herself, both professionally and personally
In addition to welcoming "new beginnings," she says she's learning to embrace “independent” moments in her life
Alix Earle has big plans for the new year, both professionally and personally.
Following a whirlwind 2025, from starring on Dancing with the Stars to revamping her wildly popular Hot Mess podcast, the influencer, 25, tells PEOPLE she’s fully embracing “new beginnings” in 2026.
In fact, she spent a large part of the beginning of the year reflecting and manifesting.
“I always like to journal at the beginning of the year [the] goals I have for myself and things I want to accomplish. I'm just a big believer in putting things out into the universe,” she explains. “For 2026, it's gonna be a lot of new, big beginnings. There's gonna be a lot of things that have been in the works for a while coming to life this year, which will be really, really exciting.”
Noting that she’s “super into astrology,” she says she’s looking forward to shedding old habits and ideologies as we close out the Year of the Snake and head into the Year of the Horse for the Lunar New Year in February.

Now that she’s recently single, she adds that she’s learning to be more confident in herself and embrace “independent” moments in her life.
“Going into this year, [I’m] leaving behind not having the confidence to put myself first,” she says. “That's gonna be a really big mantra for me this year, being my own biggest fan and supporter and just really reaching for the stars.”
“There [are] a lot of moments of 2025 that have shown me the potential to grow and to expand,” she continues. “And I really want to take that into this year and spend more time with myself and getting to know myself on a deeper level and being OK with the quiet or the independent, alone moments. Being alone used to scare me a lot and now it's something that I'm learning to enjoy and just getting to know myself even better. [I’m] making this year about me and just continuing to grow.”

Amid the many new changes in her life, Earle adds that she has leaned even closer on her friends and family during this time.
“My family is everything,” she shares. “I love how they support me, give me confidence, but they also keep me humble … We're all each other's best friends. My favorite group chat is probably the one with my whole family that we're texting in all day. It's a really beautiful thing that my family's been able to grow just so close, all of us together. It's been fun to be best friends with them.”
Additionally, she finds support in her close-knit girl squad, from celebrating her 25th birthday in December with her closest pals to ringing in the New Year in St. Barths with new friends like Nina Dobrev and Keleigh Teller.

“Especially at this point in my life, friends are everything,” she says. “Life is great and amazing, but it's better when you're with other people that just make those moments that more enjoyable and that you're able to have interesting fun conversations with.”
“Meeting new friends is also a big part of this chapter of my life,” she continues. And I think it's gotten me out of my comfort zone in a lot of ways to open up to new people and make new friends and make new connections. But it's been so fun and I think it's just helped me mature and grow. So I'm excited to see what this next year brings with friendships and meeting new people.”
